LuxeDetox provides a 30 day (post delivery) warranty on all products.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please submit your return request through our Return Center portal or notify us by email.
• Refunds will be accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Refunds will be sent ONLY after we have received and inspected the returned items.
• Optimum Detox is not responsible for sending return labels.
• Refunds will not be accepted if the reason is a "missing item" which is not listed as included in the purchase. All items included in each purchase are correctly listed in the description.
• Products must be returned in new and resalable condition. Altered or damaged products (scratches, scrap, etc.) do not qualify and can be discarded.
• Items returned with unopened boxes will be refunded at 100% of the amount. Items returned with open boxes (regardless of whether the product has been used or not) will be refunded at 85% of the amount due to restocking costs.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
